Five Training Modules ($1250 Value)
These are NOT digital downloads. These are actual manuals that will be overnighted upon your approval into this training program.

Module One: Six Step Profit Process: Covers how to source cars, inspect cars properly (find frame damage, determine if a car has been in an accident or flood, ...), determine actual (ACV) wholesale & retail values quickly & accurately (MMR, KBB, Black Book,...), & how to sell the car for max profit. Module Two: Auto Brokering: How to set up an auto broker business. This is one of my favorite business models. With this model, you are basically taking orders from other business owners. Module Three: Buy Here Pay Here: You will mostly likely NOT start offering BHPH from the beginning but will CERTAINLY want to add it to your business over time. Its a great feeling having 50 people bring you $75 a week every Friday. Do the math!
Module Four: Retail/Wholesale/Auction School: In this manual I tell you everything I know about retailing, wholesaling, and going to dealer auctions. Of course, we will cover this MORE in depth in our one on one auction training!
Module Five: eBay: eBay can be a great source for buying cheap cars and selling them. I will teach you how I do it! Many times, I can buy a car on eBay and turn around and resell it on eBay with a BETTER ad and make money! I find this so easy to do! I will teach you how to record videos to include in your eBay auctions and a lot of other insider tricks to turn cars quickly on eBay.

Seven Hour Audio Training: This comes on a MP3 player. Put the headphones on while jogging or working out. This is basically me pounding into your head what I want to make SURE you learn!
Dealer Interviews: Listen to three in depth (60 minutes each) interviews I have conducted with other dealers. Learn their tricks and secrets too! Listen to two car guys talk shop. Some of my guys have said these interviews are something they listened to over and over.

Inspection DVD: This is a primer for how I want you to learn to inspect cars. Of course, the thorough training will occur once we are together at a dealer auction. You can read something over and over but UNTIL you are standing right there in front of me, with me watching you inspect a car, and me critiquing your performance, its hard to REALLY learn skill! But this DVD shows you how I do it!

PosiTest DFT Combo Paint Meter: This is the SAME paint thickness meter I use! I sell it for $645 but its yours free for being in this training program. I want you to have ALL the tools necessary! Having an accurate paint meter is critical. Its a second set of eyes that isn't easily fooled! You see, a paint meter measures the thickness of paint. The thickness of a paint job from the manufacturer is VERY precise. If they want it to be 4.5 mils thick (like on Honda's), its 4.5 mils thick CONSISTENTLY across the panel. A reading like 8.0 would indicate its NOT factory paint. I love having this tool in my arsenal!

I will go over your dealer license application. I will help you select the right software system for your new dealership. If you fly me into your town, I will stay in town for three days total.
